About Me
I am a therapist, facilitator and public speaker. I obtained a Master's of Social Work from the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis, MO, in 2000, and have been a licensed clinical social worker since 2007. I've worked in community mental health and private practice, diversity training, quality improvement, administration, government, mentoring, higher education and research.
I am an attachment-based therapist who uses the principles of interpersonal neurobiology and cognitive behavioral therapy to support Women and Femmes of Color in their deep healing.

For counseling, I specialize in working with Women and Femmes of Color from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientations and gender identities, struggling with relationships, racism, cultural dislocation, workplace concerns, anxiety and history of trauma.
I offer individual psychotherapy, and I am in-network with Kaiser and other insurance companies. Please contact me for information about availability.
